How Can I Help You?
There are many different legal strategies that I can use to defend you against your possession charge. Often I file a motion to suppress the evidence (drugs) against you on the grounds of an illegal search or seizure. The most common Defense is that the accused did not possess the drug, for example, the drug was found in the car the accused was driving or riding in.
All of these strategies depend on the specific facts of your case. Feel free to call or email me about your case and I will give you my thoughts. Remember, it is completely confidential and there is no obligation.
